Refund Policy

Vayme tokens are a digital product fulfilled instantly upon purchase, whether bought once or through automatic monthly top-up.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your card statement will show Stripe as the seller, and Stripe issues any refund we approve back to the original payment method.

We want you to be happy. If something went wrong with your purchase — a double charge, a technical issue, or you simply haven't used your tokens yet — reach out to us at hey@vayme.io and we'll sort it out.

Tokens that have already been consumed cannot be refunded.

Automatic monthly top-up can be switched off at any time from the Tokens page inside Vayme. Cancelling stops the next charge — the month you have already paid for runs to its end, and every token already added to your balance stays yours.
